    When will I get my order? 

    Each poster you see in our collection is printed on demand, which ​means that when you place your order, it takes a few days for it to be made, and then it's sent out to you​. It takes time to create and send out the product, but making each order on demand allows us to avoid overproduction.

    Usually, it takes 2–5 days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: 

    ●  USA: 3–4 business days 

    ●  Europe: 6–8 business days 

    ●  Australia: 2–14 business days 

    ●  Japan: 4–8 business days 

    ●  International: 10–20 business days 

    I made a mistake with the shipping address. Can I change it?

    Once your order has been submitted we usually can’t change the delivery address. If the address is incorrect or nobody is there to receive the package it will be returned to the fulfilment center and can be shipped out again for a small fee to cover the extra shipping.

    Another option is to wait for the tracking number to be sent to you with the shipping confirmation. You can then contact the shipping company directly and ask them to change the address, or reroute the package to a neighbour in case you can’t receive it yourself.

    Will I be charged customs for my order?

    An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. Please note: UK orders are shipped from either Spain or Latvia. This reduces costs and allows us to pass these savings onto you. For orders over £135 you may incur a customs duty of up to 2.5%.

    The fulfilment company we use ships from the following countries worldwide:

    Europe: Spain, Latvia

    The Americas: USA, Canada, Mexico

    Other countries: Japan, Australia

    Your order will be shipped from the nearest fulfilment center. This helps us to reduce carbon emissions as much as possible when shipping worldwide.

    My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

    Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

    ●  Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

    ●  Ask your local post office if they have your package

    ●  Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them

    If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at michael@evearnold.com with your order number.

    If you did make a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

    How are your products made?

    We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

    How do I track my order?

    You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at michael@evearnold.com.

    I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

    We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at michael@evearnold.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

    What’s your return policy?

    We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at michael@evearnold.com.

    Do you offer refunds?

    Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at michael@evearnold.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

  • Delivery

    When will I get my order? 

    Each print is created individually in Italy by our master printer Danny Pope. Your order will be shipped within 7 days. Shipping is via DHL international and takes 1 to 2 days depending on where you are in the world.

    So your order will take up to 1 week to arrive depending on when you order and where you live.

    Will I get my order in time for Christmas?

    The last order date before Christmas will be 14th December 2023. If you order by this date your order will arrive in time for Christmas.

    I made a mistake with the shipping address. Can I change it?

    Once your order has been submitted we may be able to change the delivery address if you catch it in time. However if the order has already been shipped we cannot change the address ourselves.
