Affiliate terms and conditions

1. Commission Rates and Payment Policies: Commission rates will be 15% of the total sales amount generated through the affiliate link. Payments will be made on a monthly basis via PayPal.

2. Promotional Guidelines: Affiliates may use approved marketing materials provided by the Eve Arnold Estate. Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on trademarked keywords or using misleading or false advertising.

3. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice to the other party. If the affiliate violates the promotional guidelines or engages in fraudulent activity, the agreement may be terminated immediately.

4. Liability and Indemnification: The Eve Arnold Estate is not liable for any damages resulting from the affiliate’s activities. The affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold the company harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from their promotional activities.
